MultiMouse
A Two-in-One Office Tool !
Overview
Multimouse is a project to improve and redesign existing 3C products. It minimizes excessive connection operations and repetitions. It retains the traditional mouse shape and can be detached to become a wireless presenter, allowing workers to work and conduct meetings seamlessly. I identified users’ needs, problems, and opportunities through interviews with an office worker and used 3D printing to create product models.

How can we ensure a better experience for office workers?
The Problem I’d Like to Solve
Many similar multifunctional products are available, mostly designed for remote control functions.
These products often lack a satisfying mouse-handling experience.
The way the mouse is controlled in these products makes the user experience uncomfortable and impractical.

Design Concept
The same carrier includes a mouse and presentation control. You can easily switch between the two with one push of a button.
Easily Switchable
When the presentation control is removed, the button will light up to help the user press the button.
Guide Use
Two modes share one interface to prevent accidental touch caused by too many keys. When the presentation control is separated from the base, it automatically switches mode, and the buttons do not interfere with each other.
